March 18, 2021
The pain that patients usually complain about is
summarized on mostly 2 location the middle or the
lateral side (golfers and tennis elbow).

Result of this pains are inflammation due to repeated
movements, muscle tightness and weakness of the
opposite group of muscles.

Recommended treatment are stretching and therapeutic
exercises, and may still need a Physical Therapy to do
manual therapy, kineseo taping, and modalities for pain
and inflammation control.
